Gillette Guard 3 Shaving Razor

Are these products discontinued by Gillette? As these are not available jmin shops and super markets too. Couldn't find any retailer too while trying to buy from Gillette's website.

It's good product, but surprised to see the unavailability of cartridges across the town, nor avlbl at any online platform. We are harassed searching it
